This beautiful tomesode features embroidered flowers as well as genuine shibori clouds. Most tomesode kimonos are painted on black fabric or have a black coating put on the back, but you can clearly see the pattern on the other side, which makes this tomesode quite unique.

This one also has a hiyoku, which is the extra thick layer of fabric at the bottom, which adds extra protection to the outer layer.
